PhD Students – Please email bodymatters@norwichuni.ac.uk requesting a discounted ticket, with proof of your student status (e.g. student card, transcript or acceptance letter). The discount is only available on three-day registration.
Norwich University of the Arts Students & Staff – Limited free entry tickets will be available. You will be contacted with information on how to book nearer the time.

Conference Dinner
The conference dinner will be held at Yalm in Norwich’s Grade II* listed Royal Arcade. This will be on a pay-at-venue basis.
We will have a reserved seating area in the upstairs dining hall (lift access is available). Orders can be placed via a QR code, or directly with the individual kitchens.

Accessibility
– Step-free access throughout both conference venue buildings.
– Wheelchair accessible viewing at front and rear of lecture theatre.

By Train:

By Coach:
Direct coaches to Norwich are run by both National Express and Megabus from a variety of UK locations. They drop off at Norwich Bus Station in the city centre.
Direct coach travel is available from London Heathrow Airport via National Express.
By Car:
For information on nearby car parks, please visit the Norwich City Council website. The closest car park to the conference venue is St Andrews multi-storey car park.
